As a family and a company, we like to be involved from start to finish! This means we never start a task and don’t finish it ourselves. That is why all our deliveries are done by us! This way we can control your whole customer experience with us and make sure you feel looked after, every step of the way. It also means your garden items arrive to you, in the same condition they left our workshop.

Yes and No!

Currently whilst we launch our new company, we are offering free delivery on all orders. However, this sadly excludes Cornwall, Northumberland, Cumbria, Scotland and Wales. However, these are at a reduced delivery rate of  £50.00.

We will endeavour to get your items to you with in 2 – 4 weeks.


Sadly at this time, we do not offer a fitting service.

We will give you at least one weeks notice for delivery. But if this date is not convenient, we are happy to rescheduled free of charge. However, we can not guarantee it will be the following day.


We do require a confirmation e-mail to state you can take delivery. If we do not receive an e-mail from you 5 days prior to delivery date, we will have to remove you from the schedule.

Sadly No!

Unfortunately we are unable to offer, a reminder service this time of year!

However, our delivery driver will call you on the number provided with your order, when they are roughly 30 minutes away.


If you can not be home to take delivery, then a friend or family member can. We must however deliver to the delivery address, given on your order AND we must receive an e-mail regarding the person thing delivery, at least 48 hours prior to our driver arriving.
